Return / Refund

Faulty items can be replaced, repaired or refunded if require

To be eligible for refund or exchange, item must be still in as new condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be paid back in the same way payment was made.

To return item it must be posted back to PO Box 2269 Humpty Doo N.T 0836 at the cost to yourself. If you are exchanging you must also provide a return postage paid parcel bag with your return order.

If possible to do in person this is acceptable.

It is your responsibility to send parcel with tracking. We do not cover lost Parcels

Exchange is only done on a defected item or in the case that the sizing is incorrect.
